These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EazPay ("Service," "we," "us"), a Telegram-based payment bot that enables peer-to-peer USDC transfers on the Tempo blockchain. By using EazPay, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EazPay is operated by an individual developer based in California, United States. EazPay is not a bank, money transmitter, financial institution, or regulated financial service. We do not provide financial advice, custody services, or investment products.
EazPay is a non-custodial Telegram bot that allows users to:
Non-Custodial Architecture. Your wallet is a smart contract deployed on-chain. EazPay does not hold, control, or have the ability to withdraw your funds. You are solely responsible for your wallet and its contents.
You must be at least 18 years old to use EazPay. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:
You are responsible for:
We store only bcrypt-hashed PINs. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or plaintext passwords. If you lose access to your authentication credentials, we may not be able to help you recover your wallet.
EazPay charges a 0.1% fee per transaction, collected on-chain via the TreasuryRouter smart contract. This fee is capped at a maximum of 2% and is enforced at the contract level.
Fee changes will be announced in advance. On-chain fee parameters are transparent and verifiable.
Each wallet is subject to a daily spending limit of 1,000 USDC, enforced on-chain by the smart contract. This limit exists as a security measure and cannot be bypassed by the bot operator.
You agree not to use EazPay for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user engaged in prohibited activities.
EazPay relies on smart contracts deployed on the Tempo L1 blockchain. You acknowledge and accept:
You use EazPay at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZPAY AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO EAZPAY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
EazPay is not a regulated financial service. We are not registered with the SEC, FinCEN, CFPB, or any state financial regulator. We do not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification.
Use of EazPay does not constitute a banking relationship. USDC held in your smart contract wallet is not insured by the FDIC or any other government agency.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with tax obligations and financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via the EazPay Telegram channel or bot notifications.
We may suspend or terminate your access to EazPay at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or suspected prohibited activity.
Upon termination, your smart contract wallet remains on-chain. Because EazPay is non-custodial, your funds are not affected by account termination — you retain access to your on-chain assets independently of the bot.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
For disputes under $10,000, arbitration will be conducted online or by phone unless otherwise agreed.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
